Directorate General has over 160 IT employees and multiple outsourced IT projects. Created a plan for transforming and unifying the IT landscape for the entire DG. Worked as Product Manager for TRACES - Trade Control and Expert System, a web-based veterinarian certification tool used by the European Union for controlling the import and export of live animals and animal products.

Led a Big Data consulting company that built its own Energy Trading and Risk Management product.

Built from scratch a SaaS ETRM product. Leading IT product for energy trading on the local Bulgarian market. Clients included the leading energy market players, as well as Ministry of Energy and the Transmission System Operator in Bulgaria.

Apart from the product development efforts, Stedex offered Data Warehousing and Big Data consulting services. With clients including UniCredit, Pro7, Aeria Games and others. The biggest Data Warehouse project delivered was the UniCredit Global CFO Data Warehouse, which was the largest DWH project in Europe at the time.

ROITI Ltd

Joined forces with ROITI after collapse of Bulgarian Power and Utilities market to offer solutions on the German and Swiss Power and Utilities Market. ROITI was a pure ETRM consulting company (working with Open Link Endur) looking to expand into other solutions/markets and try to build their own products.

ChainDisk was a start-up for storage virtualization for hosting providers. Product was built during the peak of the hype cycle for such technologies. Company and product generated serious interest including an acquisition offer. When VM Ware and Microsoft came up with similar products of their own the hype cycle ended, and we didn’t establish ourselves on the market.

Was part of the core development team that developed the application functionality for 
Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009.

Was fully responsible for creating and maintaining a testing framework that would test the project management functionality of the ERP system.

I’m a Big Data technical consultant with very deep understanding of the Energy (Power and Utilities) market. With exceptional experience as a software architect, software development manager and product manager. 

Currently working on consulting projects, leveraging AI swarm solutions to automate the CI/CD pipelines of enterprise applications and decrease time to market for software development efforts.

I’ve built mission critical solutions either as contracts for large enterprise clients (incl. UniCredit, Pro7, Met International, etc.) or as fully featured products like Stedex PTE (ETRM software) or ChainDisk (storage virtualization software).

My edge has always been my combined understanding of both the business and technological sides of the problems I’ve solved. This has allowed me to provide innovative and extremely effective solutions to problems many have deemed unsolvable before.
