At PayFit • implementing growth strategies for the paid acquisition channels within the Global Team (Spain, Germany, UK) • analyzing main KPI (CTR, CAC, GPMRR, Cost/GPMRR,…) • presenting the performances in monthly meetings regrouping marketing and executive teams for each country. • Using tools such as: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn ads, • CRO: conversion rate optimisation - presenting new landing page features to increase CTR and demo request conversions. At Hagedoo: • As part of the ESCP specialisation “The Art and Science of Scaling Up” (Prof. Davide Sola) • scalability of the business model • analysing competition • market sizing (TAM, SAM, SOM) • setting up scale up strategies for the next 3 years. At Start Me Up ESCP: • Team management (20 people) as the president of the student society • Lead generation and exchanges with founders about their companies • Helping the Blue Factory incubator during their events • Digital campaigns about our events (mainly on Facebook or Instagram): talks, conferences, debates • Organisation of a startup internship fair (+30 startups) to connect ESCP students (+500) and companies from many sectors (digital, tech, AI, human ressources, fashion, art, consulting...).
