Scientific Expertise Engineer

FUCHS Lubrifiant France SA

Co-leader of the Key Working Group Digital Methods (Data Analytics & Innovation activities) since 2019. 
Design of Experiments Expert for the FUCHS Group. 
Responsible for the Forming, Heat Treatment / Quenching Fluids and Hydraulic product range.

Missions:
- Development and certification of new products for the french market,
- Development of new methodologies (for example, implementation of Design of Experiments in R&D projects and data analysis in technical customer service),
- Intern technical assistance/support.

Tasks:
- Data visualization, data analysis, design of experiments and chemoinformatics (Microsoft Power BI, JMP, KNIME : RDKit, CDK and ChemAxon),
- Work in collaboration with FUCHS european R&D teams and in the Key-Working Group Digital Methods for the introduction and roll-out of Design of Experiments, data visualization and analysis with JMP within the FUCHS group.  
- Characterization of the products performance,
- Evaluation of the products properties : corrosion resistance, stability...

R&D Engineer

Ensuring physical stability in cosmetic products.

Missions :
- Introduction to various cosmetic technologies (O/W emulsions, W/O emulsions, hydrodispersions, etc.),
- Preparation of cosmetic formulations in the laboratory scale,
- Familiarization with cosmetic raw materials,
- Implementation of stability tests in glass and packaging,
- Evaluation of the stability of cosmetic emulsions.


Sicherstellung der physikalischen Stabilität von Kosmetikas (spez.Emulsionen).

Auftrag :
- Kennenlernen verschiedener kosmetischer Technologien  (O/W Emulsionen, W/O Emulsionen, Hydrosdispersionen, etc.),
- Herstellung kosmetischer Formulierungen im Labormaßstab,
- Kennenlernen kosmetischer Rohstoffe,
- Durchführung von Stabilitätstests im Glas und im Packmittel,
- Bewertung der Stabilität von kosmetischen Emulsionen.

Development of a method for the quantification and cleaning assessment by X-ray fluorescence (determination of the oil weight (grammage) on a metal surface by using X-ray fluorescence).
Application of the method for the evaluation and comparison of several detergents in the alkalin or interoperations range.

Entwicklung von einer Methode, um die Quantifizierung von Öl und die Sauberkeit von Metalle Oberfläche durch Fluoreszenz X zu bewerten (Bestimmung von Ölgewicht auf Metalle Oberfläche mit Fluoreszenz X).
Praktische Anwendung der Methode, um die Leistungen und den Vergleich von verschiedene alkalische oder interoperatione Waschpulver.
