 Liaising with the multidisciplinary team in coordinating and completing client's care plan and negotiating safe time, to be allocate to appropriate care worker to complete desired tasks.
Consulting with care worker to match their suitability with new care packages. 
Preparing and sending out care workers rota weekly and when necessary on a timely manner.
Reporting incidents or concerns raised by care workers, Client, family members and others to the appropriate team member on time to prevent further discomfort or damage immediately.
Listening to staff, clients family complaint and direct it to the appropriate  team member immediately.

Recruitment  and Staff Selecting, shadowing care workers to ensure compatibility and that they are conversant with client care plan and risk assessment, in line with safe practice and  company's policy and procedures. I  worked in a residential setting as a Deputy Manager.
