Coordinator HR Analyst Global Mobility

- Administrating and monitoring of international assignments for the client' s employees
- Coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure an efficient and smooth experience for employees
- Preparing employees contract, compensation packages, insurances and social security documents
- Collaborating with Tax vendor the shadow payroll calculations, gather the approvals and submit the payments
 - Proactively provide new ideas and innovative approaches for continuous improvements in global mobility issues
- Reviewing and updating the processes based on the client' s requirements and approvals
- Generating and preparing monthly scheduled and ad- hoc reports requested by the client and vendors
- Maintaining confidential and up to date the database, documents and records

- Keeping up to date and accurate financial and Accounting evidence
- Preparing various reports requested by the manager and clients
- Monitoring the inventory and ordering new stocks by finding and negotiating the best prices
