After 3 successful years with Four Financial, I joined Rowan Executive, part of the L Cap Group, in the private cap team. Working with growing businesses across Manchester, I work on C-1 and C-2 appointments such as Financial Controllers, HOF, Head of FP&A, Finance Director and more. Utilising best in class search methods and analytical insights, we help ambitious owners to realise their value creation plans. LCap provides leadership insights, executive change and deal advisory.
