Fabernovel became EY Fabernovel in July 2022. 

Discovery:
- Transforming client needs into concrete objectives through the organization of strategic framing and design workshops with diverse teams (developers, designers, SEO, data...) covering web, mobile, blockchain, and generative AI projects (TheFork, Naos, Nexity, Engie, Ville de Paris, Le Tec…). 
- Understanding technical challenges and ensuring project feasibility through close collaboration with our design and development teams.

Delivery:
- Ensuring product quality through user testing and drafting functional and technical specifications (front-end and API). 
- Applying agile methodologies tailored to the client's environment for effective project budget and schedule tracking.

Management:
- Overseeing 2 to 3 product squads: designers and developers. 
- Managing two experienced Project Managers, supporting their professional development while ensuring goal achievement.

Commercial:
- Actively participating in the development of a Generative AI offering, including contributing to the drafting of proposals and providing commercial support. 

Training:
- Training multiple teams across various hubs of Société Générale in agile methodologies and the roles of Product Owner and Scrum.

Other Contributions:
- Co-founded "Les Audacieuses," a collective dedicated to female audacity. I love fostering new synergies and meeting women who are not afraid to dare, to make mistakes, and to forge their own path.
- Joined the Elles&You and Diversity and Inclusion networks within EY to advance these topics and promote a healthy and egalitarian work environment.
- Participated in organizing an AI Hackathon to encourage young women to explore careers in Tech and AI.
