I am a philanthropy, business development and communications specialist with experience in devising and leading income generation and stakeholder management strategies across various sectors. Throughout my career, I have focused on the importance of relationship management, effective communication and collaboration and this is at the heart of my approach to leadership. I also have significant experience in managing large culture change programmes, crisis management and income diversification strategies. Beyond my day job, I am a Trustee of grantmaker Baron Davenport’s Charity, giving around £1 million in grants each year across the West Midlands and I have held several other governance roles in the past. As a proud Brummie, I like to do all I can to give back to the city that has given me so much opportunity. I am learning Arabic in my spare time and when I am not at work I love to keep fit and am training for my second Hyrox competition.
