As a Senior Account Manager at Bigwave media, I manage a portfolio of accounts, with a focus on
campaign delivery and management. This includes:
• Total management of B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, utilising both digital and
traditional marketing methods to generate sales, reach and exceed targets, and
increase awareness for clients
• Managing budgetary requirements at the campaign planning stage, and throughout
the campaign life cycle, to ensure that funds are utilised effectively for both online &
offline marketing communication tools
• Content creation for marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing,
paid media advertising, website landing pages and digital design, to drive lead
generation
• Working in collaboration with members of the Search, Design and Web Development
departments on the planning, launch and delivery of client campaigns to ensure
targets are hit
• Monitoring progression of campaigns from the execution to completion stage, and
making budgetary and creative changes accordingly, to maximise opportunity and
return on investment
• Writing, building and sending client e-shots via Mailchimp and Campaign Monitor to
drive traffic to designated landing page on clients’ websites
• Analysing the results of campaigns to report against objectives and establish what
worked well and what could be improved on for future campaigns and projects
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant business services to benefit new and existing clients 
• Actively seeking new leads and business opportunities, then adding these leads to Zoho CRM for the Sales Team to follow up
• Managing other members of the Account Management team through the delegation
of tasks and workload, to ensure that deadlines are met

Senior Account Manager

I initially joined Bigwave as an Account Manager and was responsible for the execution and delivery of a number of projects. The role has been challenging and varied, consisting of:
• Developing a long-term relationship with a portfolio of clients while acting as a first
point of contact to maintain good relations and provide outstanding customer service
• Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and then creating detailed briefs for the Graphic Design, Search and Web Development departments to ensure work is created in line with clients' requests
• Proofing artwork to ensure brand guidelines have been adhered to and the design created is in line with the clients' vision based on the initial brief, and making recommendations for improvement when required
• Updating web sliders and written content on clients' websites using Wordpress for marketing campaigns
• Creating monthly reports for both internal and external parties to track progress of the
accounts and ongoing projects
• Managing multiple projects using management tools including Trello and
Smartsheets, to ensure projects progress in line with client deadlines
• Liaising with clients to set expectations for deliverables, and pushing back when
necessary, to ensure that timelines are realistic and manageable

After progressing my role within the social media team at Destination, I was promoted to Account Executive where I acted as Account Manager for a number of leisure and retail clients. This included:
• Managing the day-to-day communication with clients including planning and progress reporting regarding ongoing campaigns.
• Working with clients to curate each project brief, then translating this to other members of the internal team, creating their individual campaign schedule and delegating tasks across the team.
• Implementing paid social media campaigns
• Tracking statistics on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure campaigns are always getting the best possible results to exceed client expectations.
• Monitoring and reacting to industry trends, making use of available business tools and updates which can be implemented to improve strategy for each client.
• Attending key industry events to forge meaningful relationships with potential new business contacts and supporting with the follow up of these leads.

Account Executive

In my role as Social Media Executive at Destination, my focus was social media management, working across all campaigns to optimise consumer engagement across digital channels. It was a varied and exciting role consisting of:
• Scheduling and monitoring client social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram.
• Developing paid social media advertising to enable wider digital exposure for client accounts.
• Attending events and campaign launches to capture live content and ensure consistent client engagement.
• Responding to customer feedback quickly and efficiently across multiple social media channels to maintain impeccable customer service ratings.
