The Spa ~ Los Gatos is a large day spa (8,000 sq. foot facility, 15 treatment rooms, expansive retail area and on-site hair salon) located in the highly competitive market of Silicon Valley. My duties include working directly with the owner and management in the strategic planning of quarterly marketing initiatives as well as perpetual design and management of brand and online assets. My position started as full-time employee, but is currently a remote, part-time position.

Position Responsibilities:  
•  Content development and design of all marketing across all channels
•  Social media planning, execution and account management
•  Content, design, maintenance and SEO of website (www.thespalosgatos.com)
•  Development, creation, and execution of promotional campaigns
•  Special event planning and support
•  Cultivation of sales programs utilizing in-house, mailed and web-based communications 

Noted accomplishments: In my first year at The Spa ~ Los Gatos, I led in the creation and implementation of the April in Paris promotion. This month-long event received the “Promotion of the Year” award from Day Spa Magazine and was featured in their publication.
