Portfolio: www.victoriamaung.com I am a product designer with a background in UX/UI design, medical illustration, and content design in the healthcare space. At HealthCrowd, I designed health communications campaigns for over 70 health plans. I helped conduct omnichannel member outreach to help clients achieve their goals and objectives. In aiming to improve health outcomes for at-risk populations, I ensured that our best practices were up-to-date with modern standards for cultural competency and accessibility. I also optimized many of our implementation best practices, facilitating the production of our campaigns. As a medical illustrator by training, I strive to create visual collateral that is engaging, understandable, and scientifically accurate (like the cover photo above). This experience has equipped me with the ability to translate complex topics into relevant and actionable content. I have worked across multidisciplinary teams to produce digital collateral intended for audiences ranging from the lay public to academia. I aspire to work with both external and internal customers to understand their needs and translate them into easy-to-use products. This also requires collaboration with various teams to deliver best-in-class experiences.
