Development of new business opportunities and strategic alliances for the European & LATAM markets, participating from start to finish in the strategic planning of various customized B2B technological solutions. This involvement spans from integrating multiple channels and digital platforms into our omnichannel software, designing flows and customer journeys, creating forms, organizing reports and dashboards, to selecting and interpreting keywords for AI training, among other tasks. This work is carried out collaboratively with the Enterprise Account Manager and Solutions Architect.

This understanding is pivotal in conceiving and designing appropriate solutions.
