As Senior Director of the INSEAD SF Hub of Business Innovation, I engage the alumni community, expand executive and degree programs, and strengthen INSEAD’s presence across the Americas tech and VC ecosystem. I am a serial entrepreneur, educator, and advisor with deep expertise in innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable transformation. I’ve founded six startups (with multiple successful exits), marketed products and services in over 20 countries, and co-designed executive programs at INSEAD and Harvard. I teach graduate courses in sustainability, entrepreneurship, and marketing at Stanford University and Presidio Graduate School, drawing on research and practice to help individuals and organizations thrive in times of change. My research on the Transformation Quotient (TQ™) explores how individuals build resilience and thrive in complexity, insights I share through publications, public speaking, and the podcast Everyone is an Entrepreneur. I also enjoy developing tools, workshops, and learning experiences to help people find purpose and meaning in an increasingly complex world. I serve on the boards of the Cradle to Cradle Product Innovation Institute (Amsterdam), Zebra & Company (Japan), and Invoking the Pause (U.S.), advancing global sustainability and innovation. I mentor early-stage founders through blackbox.vc and FoundersHK, lead the RESET initiative, and am a Ph.D. holder and NACD Directorship Certified professional. Outside of work, I’m a writer, painter, and photographer, sharing my creative work through Victoria Art Space and The Postcard Project.
