Provide Document Management System (DMS) user support to help them use the system efficiently.

• Provide a search, retrieval, ordering and re-filing service for end users to access documents stored both physically and digitally.

• Timely delivered document control services.

• Maintain document file systems, indexes & document registers for critical documents, both physical and digital.

• Arranges scanning and copying of documents for input to the DMS.

• Manage lifecycle of documentation and correspondence (letters, faxes, and pertinent emails) received and transmitted externally/internally ensuring they are registered, numbered (as applicable), distributed, controlled and filed.

• Responsible for the transmission of documents to and from third parties, including partners, vendors, regulatory agencies and other external bodies.

• Responsible for data (attributes) integrity of the DMS.

• Participates in the auditing of the DMS when required.

• Administers security permissions for document management systems.

• Naming and numbering conventions & issues document numbers.

• Ensures compliance with document management standards and procedures.

• Adheres to change management procedures when documents are modified.

Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.
Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement.

Provides fire prevention, rescue, fire suppression, and a variety of other assigned duties associated with fire 
and rescue; assists in performing rescues from hazardous sites such as auto accidents and collapsed buildings; 
and operates fire apparatus and equipment. Identifies fire code violations and takes appropriate measures; 
performs pre-incident surveys.
Assists and serves as the Officer-in-Charge at an incident scene; performs command duties to include overseeing and directing work of others at an incident; provides emergency response, basic life support and a variety of other assigned duties associated with fire and rescue; provides immediate emergency care to ill or injured persons; assesses patients to determine the extent of their condition, and renders immediate, 
appropriate treatment to include but not limited to emergency invasive procedures; and transports patients to appropriate medical facilities. 
Provides general mentoring through the preceptor program.
Performs routine clerical and administrative functions such as preparing reports and completing forms; performs work using computers and appropriate approved software; conducts training sessions for other firefighters and the public.
