I build experiences that move people—out on trails, in neighborhoods, and inside organizations. My path has zig-zagged from sea turtle conservation in Costa Rica to co-founding an experiential marketing company, to serving as Director of Operations at Elevation Culture where I led event and production ops for outdoor brands and races, and most recently to helping manage programs and partnerships for a nonprofit safeguarding the San Diego River. Along the way I’ve learned how to rally volunteers, design events end-to-end, scale operations, nurture cross-sector partnerships, and turn big ideas into grounded, well-run programs. I’m currently pursuing an MPA at San Diego State University to deepen my impact in public and nonprofit leadership. I’m exploring roles in: community & partnerships, program management, event/experience design, and mission-driven ops—especially where sustainability, outdoor recreation, and civic impact meet. #RespectTheAdventure
