- Process Engineer and Lean Promotor, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, performing the functions of control and monitoring the production processes. Analyze and report stops, faults and failures in production lines, controlling key performance  indicators and developing the actions to improve it. Analyse, standardize and simplify the processes always looking for value creation. ERP management and update the database. Implement continuous improvement to reduce time and waste in operations, through tools such as HOSHINGS, SPEED Ups, 5S, SMED, TPM and instilling the KAIZEN philosophy to optimize the teamwork, managing workgroups of 40 to 50 people. And all of this under the LEAN MANUFACTURING philosophy.

- From june 2012, carrying out functions as Project Engineer and as Operations Manager, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and leading teams of 25-50 people depending on the size of the Project, supervising and participating in the planning, development and implementation of the Project, monitoring and maintenance of photovoltaic systems, development of monthly performance reports, in addition acting as a preventive resource responsible.

After several years developing my career as Technical Industrial Engineer, working as a Project Engineer, Process Engineer and Operations Manager in sectors such as Automotive, Naval and Energy, and after extend my knowledge by taking the program Industrial MBA/Master in Operations Management, model most in demand in the United States, Germany and Japan, based on the Japanese philosophy of management "Lean Management", where the knowledge in Operations management is exploited as key to competitiveness and business success, currently I am working as Process Engineer in the cosmetics industry.
