– Deploy the website on eCommerce platform to a fully functional state in collaboration with IT;

– Develop a sales compensation system based on performance KPI’s;
– Implement a new CRM (Bitrix24), in collaboration with IT and train the staff to operate it;
– Make the website the leading online pharma platform in the country (according to alexa.com);
– Start work on a mobile app with an external supplier.

Founding member of the Marketing department in the organization. Over three years I’ve built a full stack marketing team. I’ve managed to:
– Build a team of 14 to cover pharma, cosmetics and optics in Classic marketing, PR, Social media, other Online advertising;
– Develop a communication platform to base all out messages and actions on;
– Develop and successfully launched the first loyalty program in pharma industry in the country;
– Launch the company’s first image campaigns and brought the level of awareness to 99% of population and preferred brand for 25% of population.

– Lead the restyling of the brand from a 70’s look to a contemporary one;
– Dramatically raised te quality of the advertising materials (design, print, conciseness);
– Hire a professional advertising agency (Ogilvy Moldova) to produse a series of high profile communication campaigns.

Set up all operations for a video production startup. Achievements:
– Recruited all staff (3D specialists, designers, motion animators);
– Designed the pipeline of projects productions;
– Launched a very successful YouTube project that is still ongoing (7 years, 446 episodes);
– Produced campaigns for global brands such as Orange (Postpaid, PrePay).

Overseeing all accounts and projects, business development, reporting to CEO, preparing reports for central office in Paris.
– Recruited all staff of account managers (many of them are still employed till this day);
– Designed and described internal processes;
– Managed to attract a few key clients which allowed the agency to develop at that stage.

– Ensuring that Orange Communication guidelines are respected in all communication:
– Collaborated with central office in Paris on adapting global campaigns in Moldova;
– Coordinating all comms. with Publicis central in Paris;
