I recently worked as a Lead QA Engineer at EA Sports, working with quality designers and analysts in the whole QA process from scratch and leading cross-functional teams in designing and executing comprehensive test strategies that ensured product reliability, performance, and user satisfaction. I leveraged cutting-edge tools and frameworks, such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, JIRA, and Software Testing Foundations, to optimize testing processes and streamline workflows.
