Started my work with an Expansion Joint manufacturing company in Gujarat and continued in the same field since 2013. I have a lean interest in the manufacturing of expansion joints. After Gujarat, I went to Raipur (C.G), Pune and again to Gujarat (Mehsana). Currently I am with Fort William Flexibles since 2018. Being in a small scale company with high vision, anyone has to solve many many problems from the root level. I had worked a lot on machinery related to expansion joints and still I am making it better and better. I had worked lots on seam welders, punch forming and its tooling, rerolling, hydroforming of big and miniature bellows and its tool development, CNC plasma- Oxyfuel cutting, cad drawings, product cost estimation, quality documentation, site visits, team building and training, purchase, technical discussion with client on their requirements. Another segment of my work is the development of Peephole covers for ABF (anode baking furnace) of a smelter plant. We worked a lot and now we are the leading manufacturer of Peephole covers, ZPR, TPR, HR covers. Creating a metal bellows manufacturing setup involves specialized machines: name punch forming, hydroforming, re-rolling (seizing machine), long seam welding, HBEL STYLE round corner machining, and crafting straight pressed bellow elements. This starts with punch forming, shaping metal into initial bellows structures. Hydroforming ensures precise shapes, while re-rolling refines dimensions using a seizing machine. Long seam welding guarantees structural integrity, and HBEL STYLE round corner machining adds design elements meeting industry standards.
