As Principal Commerce Engineer at VF Corporation, I led the successful migration of a multi-brand eCommerce catalog from HCL WebSphere Commerce to Salesforce B2C Commerce, developing reusable Python scripts for data transformation and validation that ensured on-time delivery within a compressed timeline. Furthermore, I integrated Forter fraud detection into the Salesforce B2C Commerce headless platform, significantly reducing fraudulent transactions and delivering measurable cost savings across multiple brands. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, QA, Design, API, and OMS—I aligned technical solutions with business goals to accelerate feature rollouts. Additionally, I mentored junior engineers, providing hands-on guidance on project tools, technologies, and processes, which boosted individual productivity and improved overall team velocity.

As a discovery architect, I partnered with the product and brand team to architect a digital workflow on the e-commerce platform of a luxury fashion brand, helping the brand plan the launch of a new sustainable product line targeted for Gen Z customers. I have also designed and communicated a future-proof solution architecture for a client’s retail media network to its executives as part of blueprint work, helping our company pitch the need for a new centralized planning portal for managing omni-channel campaigns using single tool.

Previously, I led a geographically diverse eight-member team for VF Corporation's e-commerce catalog that is responsible for continuously enhancing multi-branded e-commerce websites, which contributes $4.8M in annualized revenue and provides a ROI of 143%. I was promoted to the role of a technical lead for VF Corporation's e-commerce catalog team, after successfully leading multiple initiatives for VF Corporation’s e-commerce platform such as integrating the platform to CRM, and integrating the platform to a customizer tool for providing an option to create customized shoes for Vans Europe. 

Also, I designed and developed a search experience for Sherwin-Williams.com that returned search results containing products, colors, and articles, driving up sales by enabling users to easily locate and purchase a desired paint color using the search feature.

Architect

I led multiple technical teams to develop and enhance web applications for clients such as Premier Farnell Corporation, Whirlpool Corporation, Panasonic and Xerox. As a technical lead for Whirlpool e-commerce websites, I partnered with Whirlpool’s IT team to setup a continuous release process for it multi-branded and multi-region e-commerce websites. Leveraging the new process, we released twelve successful feature releases in a year with no major issues. Because of consistent performance, Whirlpool IT team increased my team's responsibilities by assigning us to critical projects that would typically require special development teams. In 2008, I received an IBM Bravo award for volunteering to assist another team that was behind on its project schedule and for exhibiting excellent collaborative and technical skills while on that project.
