Krishi vigyan Kendra Bichpuri Agra

RAWE is an extension education department-led exposure programme for agricultural students to learn about the possibility of putting previously learned theoretical information into practise. It enabled us to gain a better understanding of the true issue facing farmers, as well as tiny trials of suggestions for them that only we were aware of. Farmers' questions and feedback were fascinating. Because of the expertise of farmers, the majority of the sections of the questionnaire section greatly aided us. 
I was introduced to real-life rural areas in this programme. The goal was to raise awareness among us about the problems that farmers and rural people face, as well as to instil a professional attitude in dealing with real-life issues. Industrial attachment, field trips, village attachment, and plant clinic are all important  components.In the village attachment programme, I was assigned to a village and worked under the supervision of farmers. Progressive farms, Krishi Vigyan Kendras, Horticulture Centers, and other locations were visited on field trips. I had extensive training in the plant clinic. I even diagnose numerous soil and plant problems that affect productivity and offer solutions or ideas to farmers. 
This Laramada village attachment programme offers a practical learning opportunity and handson experience in developing knowledge and skills. I became aware of the village's true socioeconomic position and concerns on the ground. Village farmers are well-versed in various technologies, some of which are advanced, as they are eager to learn about new techniques and frequently interact with government officials, and their production, particularly of vegetables, has increased as a result of increased knowledge and irrigation water availability. 
It may, thus, be concluded that there is an immense potentiality to improve agriculture in the area where RAWE Programme was conducted.

National Seeds Corporation Ltd

Industrial Attachment Program was held in National Seed Corporation in Sikandra, Agra. Micro Irrigation Systems, Water Conservation, Farm Mechanization, Threshing Floors, Seed Processing Plants, and Seed Storage Godowns are among the infrastructure amenities constructed by NSC at its farms. At its Regional/ Area offices, NSC has also constructed infrastructure facilities such as Seed Processing Plants and Seed Storage Godowns. All of this infrastructure will contribute to the production of high-quality seed. This programme was a remarkable experience since it provided a glimpse into the reality of agro industries, the issues it faces, and the motivation to be there for the marginalized and disadvantaged. It also demonstrated that it was a symbol of independent employment creator.
NSC's unique attempts to help the environment make produce readily available from seed production to trading them.in their area outlets in particular. The project's future focus is on seed marketing, which is a time-consuming process for city dwellers. It aids in the protection of farmers from troubled sales. 
This Industrial attachment programme offered a practical learning opportunity and hands- on experience in developing knowledge and skills. I became aware of the seed industry and its economic condition in the market. Got to learn about different seed machineries and proper management of those seed.
