6. Gatekeeper of words across assets (website, docs, blog, & in-app copy), MarkOps tooling, and data (quality and analysis).
7. Customer segmentation and delivering right messages to them.
8. Increase engagement of new features and product through customer onboarding and education.
9. Setup processes to keep the feedback loop going and influence product roadmap.

Vaffle was a startup that worked in the food industry. During our early days, we helped restaurants improve their retention rate with our product. We then pivoted to build a product similar to Alexa.

Vaffle was selected to be a part of Reimagine Food's Prometheus Accelerator Program (https://www.reimagine-food.com/prometheus-past-editions/) and presented at Mobile World Congress 2015 under 4YFN category.

My key responsibilities were: 
1. Come up with strategies to acquire and retain users.
2. Take product decisions.
3. Attract and build relationships with investors and media.
4. And several startup founder-y stuff.
