· Follow up and resolve process related problems

· Constant further development and improvement of processes

· Communication with transport service providers and escalation of delays to the central control point

· Tracking and reporting of hours and schedules for employees

· Working within a flexible shift system with early, late and night shifts

Achievements:

· Creation of pre-selling scripts and leads to build solid amount of customers for the launch of the new branch

· Planning, creation and execution of pre-selling campaigns with the team

· 1st place in branch ranking across all German branches by amount of sold contracts in 08.2019 during pre-launch phase of the building
