Head of Sales

Woomio

As the Sales Manager at Woomio, I report directly to the CEO and lead a team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives. I am responsible for:

- Creating and updating dashboards and reports in HubSpot to monitor and optimize sales performance and processes.
- Hiring, training, and developing a team of sales professionals who can deliver exceptional results and customer satisfaction.
- Onboarding new hires and providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles.
- Conducting weekly 1:1’s with each team member and providing them with coaching and feedback to help them grow and improve their skills.
- Setting and tracking sales goals and quotas for the team and ensuring they align with the company’s vision and objectives.
- Overseeing the sales pipeline and ensuring that leads are converted into customers at a high rate and with a positive ROI.
- Developing and executing sales strategies alongside the CEO to increase the market share and revenue of the company.
- Managing the sales budget and tracking the expenses of the team and ensuring that they are within the allocated limits.
- Joining in on meetings with the team and the clients for support and coaching purposes and ensuring that the communication and collaboration are smooth and effective.
- Ensuring that the process of booking meetings for individual reps. has the right amount of leads in the cold/warm/nurture pipeline

Sales Manager

My duties comprise of: 
- Leading, inspiring and motivating the sales team together with the Sales Manager and Sales Director
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing my part of the sales team
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results to senior management
- Ongoing training and coaching of my team
- Ongoing recruitment of new sales talent
- Become a market expert and understand the dynamics of the influencer marketing space
- Exceptional data discipline in CRM and other relevant systems

Sales Team Lead

We have built Woomio to help great brands and agencies become great at Influencer Marketing. Our platform provides end-to-end influencer relationship management, workflow automation and custom measurement for influencer marketing programs at scale. We believe that influencers & content creators are the present and the future of brand awareness. To help facilitate that we have built a platform to enable marketers and agencies excel at Influencer marketing by providing the tools necessary to discover influencers, manage campaigns, predict impact and measure ROI

My tasks consist of generating pipeline and closing deals. I am responsible for managing the end to end sales process towards SMB & mid market.

Arbejdet bestod i emnesøgning og telefonisk kontakttagen til SMV-segementet. Ved behov, blev møde afholdt for bedst at afdække kundens behov samt undersøge potentiale og muligheder inden for online markedsføring. En typisk strategi var at skaffe flere nye kunder i forretningen, hvorfor succesen i det indgået samarbejde nemt kunne spores tilbage til rette rådgivning og strategiplanlægningen ved møde.

Som dimittend blev jeg oplært som Account Manager i samarbejdet mellem virksomhederne Future & Co. og Bruun & Partnere, som sammen kan tilbyde den brede palette, ved rekruttering af unge via online medier, uddannelsesavis, læringsspil og events. 
Mine ansvarsområder var emnesøgning, telefonisk og skriftligt kontakttagen til virksomheder i og uden for Danmark og spilleder for unge på diverse skoler i hele Danmark.

Projektleder for dansk team ved optimering af online markedsføring i afdeling i Sydamerika. Derudover skabte vi en automatisering af afdelingens tilbudsberegning, som ved implementering, kan spare virksomheden meget tid.

Jeg var blandt de første af i alt 2, som skulle danne rammen for virksomhedens nye afdeling: Customer Experience. 
Primære arbejdsopgaver var optimering af succesrate ved proaktiv kontakttagen til eksisterende kunder samt salg af koncept til potentielle nye kunder. Derudover bestod mine ansvarsområder ligeledes af formidling og salg af leasingaftaler for inbound og outbound leads.
