Director of Marketing

InCountry is a venture-backed, early-stage consumer cybersecurity start-up aiming to help businesses store their data compliantly in 90+ countries around the world. Our headquarters are based in San Francisco, CA, and our team is fully remote and spread across the US/EU/META/APAC.

I am responsible for the development and implementation of effective demand generation programs with an emphasis on lead generation, pipeline creation and nurturing prospects/customers along the buyer’s journey.

Job role:
- Own inbound and outbound sales funnels (NA, META, APAC, EU), focusing on enterprise segments
- Develop and execute demand generation activities across various channels to drive new leads (ABM, outbound, digital marketing, content marketing, webinars, joint-marketing activities, referral, etc.)
- Partner with Product, Sales, Data Science, Customer Success and other teams to improve acquisition and conversion
- Drive nurturing campaigns for existing database of leads to increase overall pipeline
- Own content and editorial calendar to support demand generation efforts
- Develop demand generation marketing playbooks and automate systems that can be measured and scaled
- Define goals together with business leaders and manage against measurable indicators
- Work closely with Sales to ensure leads are followed up with promptly, to identify, launch and refine demand generation strategies
- Manage marketing automation system and integration with CRM to ensure lead capture, lead actioning and lead flow to sales and attribute campaign success
- Improve and implement operational cross-border processes and reporting to measure campaigns’ effectiveness, performance and ROI
