As a team lead of the Czechoslovak sales department, my role is to manage the Czech and Slovak sales teams and also to acquire key clients.

Within our company VIANSOL, we have focused on software development. During my work at VIANSOL, as a founder, I had to devote myself to many things, but I spent most of my time identifying potential partnerships, building relationships, and acquiring new clients.

Obsah školenia o.i.:
1. AI ako faktor akademickej relevancie – rast využívania AI medzi študentmi a vo výskume núti pedagógov inovovať, aby si univerzity udržali dôveryhodnosť a konkurencieschopnosť

2. AI v pedagogickej praxi – generatívna AI ako „nový výskumný asistent“: využiteľná pri tvorbe osnov, materiálov či personalizovaní výučby, no vždy s dôrazom na kritické overovanie

3. Redefinícia akademickej integrity – namiesto zákazov budovanie rámcov etického používania: reflexia, obhajoba prác a dôraz na samostatný myšlienkový vklad študenta

4. Ochrana akademických dát – bezpečné zaobchádzanie s osobnými údajmi a výskumnými dátami, uvedomenie si rizík spojených s verejnými AI nástrojmi (GDPR, strata kontroly)

5. Transformácia roly pedagóga – učiteľ ako facilitátor: vedie študentov v práci s #umelainteligencia, učí správne zadávať príkazy (prompt engineering) a rozvíjať digitálnu gramotnosť
