I have had an opportunity to work for a multitude of tasks. A broad range includes tasks from local IT support to architecture definitions on global service provider’s large scaled environments. Due varied work history, IT solutions are familiar from the workstations to the data center infrastructure and different type of cloud solutions. Any customer request or technical issue is not insurmountable, but a pleasant challenge. I am humble and eager to embrace new and have real desire to continue to evolve. I participate training and certification tests on regular basis to validate my skills. I want to doubt the existing models and have an open mind to take my vision. I want to do my job not only well but always to be proud of my 'signature'. I am a very customer-oriented and able to easily identify customer needs producing technical solution to produce additional value. Working within the academic community has given me a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of the academic world. I have been able to enhance security and optimize IT solutions, which has been crucial for the success of the academic community. I have also continuously developed my expertise in cybersecurity, which has helped protect critical information and resources in education and research.
