What I do. As an executive leadership/ team coach, I work with individuals and teams for optimum performance. My coaching approach is through a systemic lens to achieve outcomes for individuals, teams, organizations and stakeholders. How I Can Help I started my career working with teams. And, I come with over 30 years of managing and leading multifunctional and multidisciplinary teams in UK's health sector. In nursing, I managed a busy Accident & Emergency Unit, an Orthopedic Unit and a Rehabilitation Unit for patients recovering from neurological disorders. My last corporate role with two inner London health authorities was to design a strategy on DEI. In this role, I took a systemic approach. The need to bring change started at Board level, connecting the service providers, policy makers, stakeholders, the community and consumer groups to design and implement changes to improve access to services for all and implement equitable employment practices. My work was centered on three questions: I) Who do we serve? II) What is our purpose? III) What health outcomes to achieve for the diverse multicultural health consumers? Today, organizations operate in a dynamic, disruptive, complex and competitive environment. Team leaders and teams need a well defined purpose and be future ready with high degree of collaboration to meet stakeholder expectations. They need to do it with confidence, clarity and compassion. That's what I am passionate about. How I Do What I Do I achieved tangible outcomes in my previous roles in the health sector. In my current role as executive coach, I coach individuals and teams and bring ROI for the organization and stakeholders. As a C-IQ Enhanced Practitioner in Conversational Intelligence, I build trust, strengthen relationships, transform teams, create a company culture fit to meet the rapidly changing world of work. I am certified Reina Leadership and Team Trust Scale Assessor. Trust building workshops are conducted through administering the Trust Scale Assessment Tool which gives measurable benchmarks to apply for rebuilding trust for individuals and teams for business growth.
