My responsibilities include workforce planning, talent strategy, and optimizing resource allocation to support growth. Salescode

As the driving force behind Salescode's global expansion, I embarked on an exhilarating journey of creating, nurturing, and refining vital departments from the ground up. I successfully led the establishment of  𝐇𝐑, 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 functions across the Asia-Pacific (𝐀𝐏𝐀𝐂), 𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐀, and Americas (𝐀𝐌𝐒) regions.
