Find me at [email protected] --- With a degree in Human Development & Psychology from Harvard University, I've spent the last eight years merging the science of learning with cutting edge technologies. Since 2023, I’ve published three industry reports diving into AI in L&D (you can check them out on my profile). I also speak about AI in L&D and the Future of Work at international conferences and internal company events, helping Talent leaders cut through the noise and focus on what matters. Here are some recent projects that I'm especially proud of: • Boosting learning effectiveness and data collection in leadership and skill development programmes with intelligent use of AI • Exploring knowledge management solutions suitable for a complex tech ecosystem in a global enterprise organisation • Helping L&D leadership of a multinational organisation identify the right AI solutions for their context and turn strategy into execution This work builds on years of experience designing innovative, tech-enabled learning solutions and products.
