I am working as an Assistant Engineer in the Ministry of Defence - DGQA “Director General of Quality Assurance”.
Government of India, I am having a long experience of 34 years from August 1989 to date, in the field of Development and Quality Assurance of various defence stores and equipment, like Snow Clothing and Mountaineering Equipment, various Uniform and Apparel, other textile items, various metal, rubber and plastic items. 
My proficiency is working according to systems like ISO, procedures like SOP and specifications like Indian Standard Specification (IS) or foreign specifications or accepted test procedures.

My name is Vinay Kumar, I am a servant of India and serving in the Ministry of Defence  DGQA (Director General Quality Assurance), Government of India, as an Assistant Engineer. 
I have a long experience of more than three decades, in the field of Quality Assurance, and product development of various Defence equipment. 
My proficiency is working according to systems like ISO,  SOPs, and other related national and international specifications and accepted test procedures.
