• Responsible for the company's supply growth strategy 
• Building the first 500 suppliers and launching them in Germany
• DACH Strategy Execution 
• Establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships
• Creating win-win relationships and comfortable negotiating agreements
• Responsible for the company's B2B growth strategy and execution
• Key Account Management
• Managing and developing a team in the sales, onboarding, and account management departments
• Building and managing a team of photographers to create unique high-quality content for the suppliers
