My name is Vincent RIFA, I’m a french engineering manager living in Ho-Chi-Minh-City.

I’ve worked in IT for several years (in France and abroad) as a designer, a web developer and lately as an engineering manager. Thanks to all these experiences, I’ve learned and I understand all challenges inherent to the different stakeholders of IT projects.

During my last position, I built and managed a team of 10 developers on a front-end and back-end project. I truly enjoyed this experience, as it allowed me to create a team spirit, and influence many aspects of the project.

As a project manager, I’m committed to delivering the greatest product for end users, while finding the best technical solution.

And as a team leader, I’m dedicated to mentoring my teammates to give their best, in a friendly and positive working atmosphere. 

In order to face new challenges, and to create bridges between cultures, I recently moved to Ho Chi Minh City.
