Welcome to my profile. I would like to tell you a little about myself. In my role at Enclustra, I accompany customers in their search for their ideal FPGA solution, be it simply a physical product need or the design of the product itself. This includes the area of system design, the development of high-speed hardware, firmware and embedded software. My current responsibilities at Enclustra include: ● Account management for Eastern Europe ● Upselling solutions with a focus on design services ● Customer acquisition across multiple countries and regions. ● Representing the company at trade fairs and industry events ● Technical customer support ● Technical expertise in Embedded Systems In the companies I previously worked for I have also gained valuable experiences. These experiences include business trips to the Middle East and Asia. This allowed me to deepen my knowledge of other cultures. My responsibilities included market development in the Middle East and Asia (KSA, Egypt, Nepal, India, UAE, etc.), project management, development of a business plan, negotiation with suppliers, accounting tasks, project management of solar plants and supervision of a factory roof renovation project. Other roles I have had include advising clients on software purchases, installing and managing Microsoft SQL and Windows servers, installing hardware (PC towers to be used as servers, etc.), helping clients with all sorts of issues, creating new products on the website, optimising product pages, managing our Microsoft partner profile (which I also had the pleasure of creating), managing sales through various marketplaces such as Amazon, Fnac, PcComponentes, etc. I have a double degree in business administration and tourism. My academic achievements include receiving the highest possible grade for my dissertation "Profitability analysis of a photovoltaic plant in Gruschwitz", scoring 10 points out of a possible 10. I love languages and meeting people from other cultures. I have a C2 level in Spanish and German, C1 in English and French and B2 in Italian. I am also currently studying to pass the C1 exam in Italian. I am very motivated to further develop my knowledge and skills.
