With 17 years' experience in consultancy, coming from a family of insurance brokers, I want to drive forward digital innovation in insurance, improve the customer experience and ensure regulatory compliance by working hand in hand with insurance companies. Thanks to different roles and functions as consultant, I gradually acquired a strong background in various strategic areas such as: Process improvement, Operational Excellence (Lean), SAP Implementation, Accounting migration, Regulatory projects (Solvency II & MiFID II), IFRS 9&17, Outsourcing. Over 40y now, I'm determined to pursue my career in the insurance world, seeing it as an essential tool and a positive driver for individuals, companies and the economy. Whether I'm working with a client, a colleague or contributing to an organisation, my motivation is centred on learning, progress and the satisfaction that comes from doing work that is logical, appropriate and of high quality.
