I was tasked with driving change and the sales strategy post-acquisition by the Belgian group HAERENS: merging the existing sales teams of the French subsidiaries MEYVAERT, VD-INDUSTRY, and PYROMETAL, and making it a true commercial success.

Results:
• Implementation of the development strategy and group values.
• Recruitment (8 people) and management of the field sales team (4 people) and inside sales team (9 people).
• Establishment of internal processes between departments, order management, pricing studies, design office, after-sales service.
• Launch of the new ERIBEL FRANCE brand, boosting its awareness in the French market.
• Introduction of the group's products to the French market, communication, and design of a removable booth of over 100 m2 for exhibitions at specialized trade shows (Batimat, Architect@work).
• Development of sales in 'ready-to-install' supplies and in 'project' mode with installation.
• Improvement of responsiveness.
• Improvement of responsiveness to price requests --> within 48 hours to installer customers. 
• Negotiation and signing of subcontracting contracts from €100k to several million euros with general companies and general contractors. 
• Launch of the new group CRM in France. 

A part of history : 
September 2021: Management of MEYVAERT France activities. Participation in audits of the companies VD-INDUSTRY and PYROMETAL in view of potential acquisitions. March 2022: Acquisition of the two companies by the HAERENS group. MEYVAERT and PYROMETAL merge. Unification of sales teams. September 2023: Merger of VD-INDUSTRY and PYROMETAL followed by the launch of the new brand ERIBEL France.
