As Regional VP, my primary function is building out the Benelux and Nordics region. 

Main responsibilities are:
► Owning the full regional revenue number and enabling cross-functional performance
► Leading all Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives
► Building a regional channel partner motion from scratch (VARs, GSIs, Strategic Alliances, etc.)
► Identifying and executing (sub)regional marketing opportunities; both field and digital
► Improve and localise value messaging for key verticals

My secondary role is driving the MSP & Telco strategy across all of EMEA:
► Training and enabling all MSP reps, managers and cross-functional teams
► Creating new MSP narratives, value messaging, playbooks and campaigns
► Partnering up with Global Marketing for EMEA-wide field events and digital strategy

Regional VP, Sales

This is a first-line sales management role. My primary responsibility is growing the MSP & Telco team's ARR (direct sales) across Northern Europe. My secondary task is building out a new Channel sales motion (indirect sales). 

Managing a team of 7-8 Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives across the Benelux, UK and Nordics. We use MEDDPICC and Command of the Message for deal management and value presentation. 

Why the team were successful:
► Re-segmented TAM by business intent and executive priorities 
► Implemented small-group events strategy to drive pipe and close deals
► Built local executive communities to learn from ICPs first-hand
► Crafted and standardized new value props and tailored messaging
► Trained and enabled sales reps and cross-functional teams
► Created new commercial programs to solve for specific executive priorities
► Managed to drive average win rates to an all-time high of 40%

Sales Director, Northern Europe

This is a first-line sales management role. I'm tasked with growing both the MSP & Telco team's ARR (direct sales) and building out a new Channel sales motion (indirect sales) across EMEA.
