I am an accomplished neurodiversity and organizational development expert with extensive DE&I experience in diverse corporate and community environments. I am driven to change the landscape for neurodivergent employees by having them own their superpower. I support individuals who are neurodivergent as a professional coach with the Autism network and a volunteer coach for Partners in Change. I demonstrate success in elevating DE&I awareness and capacity as both an internal change agent and external consultant. I currently Co-Chair and serve as a Board Member for the DE&I Committee of the Georgetown Visitation Alumnae Association. I am adept at creating Employee Resource Groups while developing programming positive to engage diverse employees and foster communities of belonging. I launched 7 new ERGs at the first staffing firm to have ERGs for a contingent workforce.
