With over 15+ yrs of professional experience & 8 years of experience in community strategy, community building, and growth consulting, I have worked with diverse clients across sectors and industries, from startups to nonprofits to corporates, to design and execute effective community programs and campaigns. I am also a Meta/Facebook Certified Community Manager, a credential that demonstrates my expertise and passion for building and managing online communities. As the founder of a community strategy consulting firm, I help my clients understand their tribe, simplify their requirements, address their challenges, and connect the dots between purpose, products, promotions, people, and processes. As the co-host of Be Empactful Podcast, I share my insights and ideas on marketing and community strategy with my audience, creating awareness and interest for incorporating strategy in their organizations for long-term growth.
