Project 1: Product Discovery
In collaboration with the Tech Lead, it was necessary to map and document the IT Infrastructure product, structuring the key elements related to methodology, product lifecycle, and market. This required a deep understanding of Cloud (public and data center), best practices in Information Security, and infrastructure for physical and virtual environments (SharePoint). Analyzed Churn, Lifetime Value, market viability, and reach.

Managed the development team by applying agile methodology principles, creating mock designs, and performing copywriting, taking into account UX/UI.
Project 3: HR Development Plan
Based on my international experience, I collaborated with the HR team to devise various adaptations to be implemented throughout the year to incorporate best practices in recruitment and selection, culture, climate surveys, and performance.
Project 4: Power BI Implementation (Ongoing)
Currently preparing to extract data from the Sankhya ERP and refining the data for dashboard creation.

Growth Product Manager

Firstbase

Firstbase, an innovative company, is building a comprehensive Company OS to assist founders worldwide in launching, managing, and growing their businesses.

As an Associate Product Manager, I had the opportunity to lead key projects, conduct detailed market research, and contribute significantly to the development and enhancement of the Firstbase Compliance product.

Conducting New Feature Discovery: I developed and managed research from various American compliance sources to incorporate a new essential form into the product, collaborating with major market players such as Deel. The entire process was documented in Confluence, including roadmap planning, estimated financial returns, and mock designs for implementation.

Bug Reporting Project: I coordinated the Bug Reporting project, interfacing with multiple stakeholders and mapping processes. I implemented a review step by senior support analysts, integrating Slack and Jira APIs to standardize and optimize the process. Upon project completion, we reduced the demand on the product team by 70%.

Customer Base Mapping and Extraction: I used tools like Snowflake and Looker to map and extract data from the non-contracted customer base. With this information, I created a database in Excel for competitor analysis, conducting cross-checks with addresses using Google Maps.

Governance and Dashboard Creation: Working closely with the head of data, I created dashboards and reports using tools like Looker, Amplitude, SQL, and Google Analytics. We enhanced data governance and tracked marketing events, collaborating with an external company responsible for all marketing management.

Associate Product Manager (APM)

I played a key role in the end-to-end recruitment process, utilizing Boolean techniques and exploring sources such as LinkedIn, Bookface, AngelList, and others to identify candidates ranging from junior to executive levels. My expertise was focused on roles related to engineering and product, giving me a comprehensive view of the structure in this sector. My focus areas included positions such as Software Engineer (PHP, JAVA, GO, Node.js, Angular, React), QA (Selenium, Jest, JUnit), DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins), and Data Engineer (SQL, Python, Spark).

Research and Reports on Tech Startups: I conducted extensive market research, compiling comprehensive reports on startups worldwide, with an emphasis on the technology industry. These reports provided valuable insights for the company in the global landscape of innovation and technology.

Utilizing ATS Ashby for Personal and Team Performance Dashboards: I developed various customized dashboards using the ATS Ashby, both for personal use and to provide visibility into team performance, enabling more effective and data-driven management.

Since 2016, Remessa Online has been a pioneer in simplified and digital international transfers. By connecting people and businesses globally, it has facilitated currency exchange transactions in a simple and transparent manner.

As an Intern in Tech Talent Sourcing, I was responsible for finding top technology talents, such as Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, and Product Managers, using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search strategies with Boolean techniques.

Dashboard Development: I developed dashboards and reports in Excel to monitor and analyze the performance of the people team. These tools provided valuable insights to optimize team performance.

Diversity Initiatives in Recruitment: I participated in the diversity project, actively seeking out communities and partnerships to promote the inclusion of diverse groups, focusing on racial, gender, and PWD (people with disabilities) diversity. I worked closely with management to establish meaningful partnerships that enriched our recruitment process.

As a Health Analyst/Customer Support Analyst, my role was to ensure direct and efficient support to customers, focusing on the prompt resolution of issues to provide positive experiences. My objective was not only to resolve demands but also to continuously seek improvements in NPS (Net Promoter Score), optimizing customer satisfaction, particularly in health insurance-related matters.

As an Intern in International Trade, I was responsible for managing information, prospecting clients, and overseeing the entire sales funnel in the intermediation between the Indian chemical industry Molkem and pharmaceutical industries in Latin America.

Development of an Input Catalog: Utilizing LinkedIn prospecting and direct contacts, I developed a catalog of chemical inputs. This catalog was crucial for streamlining and expediting the sales processes.
Creation of an Onboarding Process: Focused on information transition in the internship project, ensuring efficient and organized knowledge transfer between teams.
