My job is to provide companies with platforms that help them find the best prospects, analyze their portfolios, create their analytical models, and make better credit decisions.

Core responsibilities include:

- Crafted a product strategy and OKRs aligned with company goals, collaborating with C-Levels, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment and focus.
- Developed a product roadmap that managed new use cases, resulting in a 5% increase in product revenue.
- Reduced customer complaints from SMEs about platform access by 50%, improving operational efficiency through collaboration between the product and operations teams.
- Responsible for bringing a global credit decision platform from the United States to Brazil. 
- Created product go-to-market plan to successfully launch new products and features.

Product Lead - B2B Credit

As a Group Product Leader in the Signup and Security Tribe, I managed initiatives at PicPay Bank to refine client acquisition and prioritize optimal user experiences. I managed  a team of 3 squads, driving KYC crucial domains:

1.  Identity verification: Implementing robust identity verification methods to strengthen the foundation of trust.
2. Due diligence: Maintain the customer due diligence processes to ensure regulatory compliance and integrity.
3. Ongoing Monitoring: Apply proactive ongoing monitoring measures to safeguard against bad user behavior

Key responsibilities included:

- Build a compelling product vision, and strategy, and deliver an outcome roadmap;
- Orchestrating cross-functional collaboration-- usually with Customer Experience, Sales, Directors, C-level executives, and Tech teams--to align product development with corporate objectives.
- Providing strategic mentorship to 3 Product Managers, using one-on-one interactions and Individual Development Plan (IDP) frameworks for professional growth.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure progress and drive results.

Outcomes achieved:

- Enhanced user verification by integrating biometric and document authentication methods, achieving a 50% reduction in fraudulent signups, leading to a $136k monthly reduction in chargebacks
- Maintained a streamlined user signup journey, recognized as one of Brazil's quickest in the banking sector, with completion times under six minutes.
- Ensured 100% adherence to KYC regulatory guidelines as mandated by the Central Bank of Brazil.
- Devised and frequently refined robust fraud prevention mechanisms.
- Built a reliable source of truth for the customer database, which now services over 50 squads across the organization.
- Developed a user Blocker Management system, informed by customer behavior analysis, enhancing security measures.

Product
- Responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, from conception in Discovery to Delivery;
- Responsible for understanding the market size and building a mid and long term vision;
- Direct interaction with all areas around product management, such as CX, Sales, Directors, C-Levels, and Tech;
- Definition of the team topology directly responding to the tribe's strategy for the year;
- Direct mentoring 4 PM, 3 CS, and 2 PMM;
- Product chapter leader, helping to define area leveling, PM assessment, and mentoring;

Business
- Responsible for define and monitors the OKRs;
- Responsible for shaping the forecasting of the Tribe (P&L);
- Responsible for analysis the opportunity cost of implementing new business models;

Results
- decrease in 50% (from 2 weeks to 1 week) an internal process of making available a scoring model to the customer;
- Increase in 56% the users downloads (north metric) on YoY;
- Improvement of the software architecture, transitioning from 100% monolithic to 42% microservices in the cloud, resulting in increased platform performance and stability.

- Responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, from conception in Discovery to Delivery;

- Mobile and web application development.

- Responsible for shaping the forecasting of the Tribe (P&L);
- Responsible for analysis the opportunity cost of implementing new business models;
- Direct integration with the organization's M&A and how it connects with the Consumer Tribe.

Results
- We got from R$0 to R$ 750,000 in 7 months in 2020 through demand experiments models.

I'm helping to defeat inactivity starting from the HR department. 

- Define the product vision, understand how it connects to the company goals; (OKRs)

- Prioritization: Helping the squad to prioritize the stories based on customer feedback, engineering complexity, and the most relevant business metrics;

- Used a Design Sprint process to help the startup figure out the problem and audience of a new solution before the software investment was made. Saving R$ 140.000.
- The SAHE business team suffered regarding the high cost of acquiring leads. I helped to reduce CPL by 66% and achieve their business objective.
