Let me share a transformative experience from my recent birthday. 


Amidst the busyness of work and life, I felt weighed down by problems, issues and roadblocks. It was hard to see past these constraints holding me back.

You see, when you're caught up in the daily grind, constraints can seem like insurmountable hurdles. But then something unexpected happened.

I took a break and visited a remote hospital surrounded by natural beauty. 


As I explored this place, I was amazed by their seamless operations and advanced facilities, thriving despite their isolated location. 

That's when it hit me - this masterpiece was built on constraints. Financial constraints, logistical hurdles, you name it. 


Yet the visionaries behind it didn't let limitations define them. Instead of giving in, they used constraints as a driving force for creative solutions. They meticulously designed processes to bring their dream to life, step-by-step.


It reminded me of walking a tightrope. Constraints force you to find your balance, aligning mind and body with precise movements.
