Brand that I started in college. Sat on the brand for a while, but recently took action. Project Growth is about achieving growth in your personal and professional life. Project Growth consists of a podcast and Instagram page that I grew to 25k followers in 4-months.

Collaborated with brands such as RepVue, Revel, Motion, Magical, and more.

BREAKING: Salesforce just hired MrBeast to create their Super Bowl ad.

Read that again.

A B2B company. Hiring the world's biggest YouTuber. For the biggest advertising moment of the year.

And they didn't just cast him in a commercial. They're giving him full creative control.

It all started with a Tweet. 

MrBeast posted that he'd been sitting on "an amazing Super Bowl commercial idea for years." 

And Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff replied. And just like that, a deal was born.

This is a massive signal for B2B marketing budgets.

For years, B2B brands played it safe. Celebrity endorsements? Maybe. But partnering with creators? Too risky. Too unpolished. "Not professional enough."

Meanwhile, B2C brands have been building empires with creator partnerships.

Now the walls are coming down.

Salesforce is proving that B2B buyers are still humans. They watch YouTube. They follow creators. They're influenced by the same people as everyone else.

And if you're a B2B marketer watching this unfold, pay attention:

→ Creator budgets are about to explode in B2B
→ First movers like Salesforce will set the playbook
→ The line between B2B and B2C marketing is disappearing

We're witnessing a shift that will reshape how enterprise companies think about brand.

I won't stop creating.

I locked myself inside an elevator during the biggest creator conference in the world.

Here’s why.

I was in Dubai to speak at the 1 Billion Followers Summit.

Since I was a speaker, the event organizers took care of our accommodations. 

This means I was staying in the same hotel as all other speakers.

And this conference had some HEAVY hitters (Mr. Beast, Will Smith, David Dobrik, etc.)

So after seeing celebrity after celebrity in the lobby, Jake Clare and I had a crazy idea.

What if we just ride the elevator for a few hours and see who we meet?

And this idea couldn’t have went any better.

We met some of the greatest entrepreneurs, creators, and entertainers. 

And I learned so much from story telling, emerging tech, and personal brand building. 

All just from riding inside an elevator for a few hours.

Shout out to Jake helping me pull this off and for always being down to create a wild video.

Where is the craziest place you’ve met somebody?

I met the CEO of Twitch in an elevator.

Not at a VIP dinner. Not backstage. In an elevator.

Jake Clare and I rode one for 2 hours straight at the 1 Billion Followers Summit in Dubai in hopes to meet the most interesting people.

And it was the best networking decision we made all week.

Everyone else was running to the main stage, fighting for face time at happy hours, or awkwardly hovering near speakers.

Meanwhile, Jake and I just... rode the elevator.

Up. Down. Up. Down.

We met creators with millions of followers. Investors. Business owners. And yes, the CEO of Twitch.

Why does this work?

→ Everyone needs to use the elevator
→ It's a forced 30-60 second interaction
→ There's no "networking energy" - just two people in a box
→ High-value people are relaxed, not guarded

The conversations were effortless. No pitch. No agenda. Just "what floor?" followed by real conversation.

Most people spend thousands on conference tickets and miss the obvious.

The best networking doesn't happen at the networking events.

It happens in the in-between moments.

Elevators. Coffee lines. Hotel lobbies at 7am.

Next conference you attend, forget the VIP lounge.

Find the elevator with the most floors and just... ride it.

Your English teacher lied to you.

Traditional storytelling doesn't work on social media.

You know the format:
Exposition → Rising Action → Climax → Falling Action → Resolution

That structure works for novels and movies. But on LinkedIn? People scroll past before you even get to the good part.

Here's what I learned after generating 50M+ impressions in 2025:

Start with the climax. Or at least the rising action.

Think about it. You have maybe 2 seconds to grab someone's attention. Why would you waste that on "setting the scene"?

❌ Traditional: "Back in 2019, I was working at a startup in SF and we were struggling to find product-market fit..."

✅ Social-first: "I lost $50k in 30 days. Here's what I learned."

The hook IS the climax. Then you rewind and set the plot.

This flips everything you learned in school upside down. But it works because:

→ Attention spans are brutal
→ The feed is competitive
→ Nobody owes you their time

Once you hook them with the peak moment, THEN you can provide context. THEN you can build the story. THEN you can deliver the lesson.

The structure becomes:
Climax → Context → Story → Lesson

Every viral post you've ever seen follows this. They just don't teach it in school.

I just got back from 1 Billion Followers Summit in Dubai 🇦🇪 

And B2B creators finally got our moment.

30,000 creators. 3.5 billion followers. Mr. Beast, Will Smith, Simon Sinek...

But the crazy part is, I was on that same stage. (well not the EXACT same stage, but like the same conference)

Me. A first-time founder from New Jersey who started this whole thing in his bedroom.

And honestly? I had no business being there.

See, most creator conferences treat B2B like an afterthought. 

But this summit was different. They had an entire stage dedicated to it.

That's when it hit me. I've been creating content in a niche that most people overlook, but turns out that's exactly what made me stand out.

And on top of that, it was my first time in the Middle East, and Dubai blew my mind.

From the tallest building in the world to getting lost in the desert with a driver who was absolutely sending it...

To meeting game-changing people in random elevators...

To ending with fireworks that felt like a movie.

If this trip taught me anything, it’s that the universe will reward those who continuously show up every day.

I just flew from Dubai to Vegas for three reasons

(and no, it wasn't to gamble)

1️⃣ To host a panel on Employee Generated Content with Tyrona Heath, Alexis Solorio, and Grace Niu at Creator Economy Live.

This group was so much fun and provided a ton of value about EGC which is becoming more and more in demand. I learned a ton from this group! Also, I need some fashion advice from Alexis ASAP....

2️⃣ Creatorbuzz hosted our first group dinner for 18 B2B Influencer Marketing professionals!!

This was so important. B2B often feels like an afterthought at Creator conferences. We often get a few sessions and no ancillary events. I wanted to host a dedicated dinner for tech/biz/B2B professionals to ensure all conversations were relevant to all guests. And we had a BLAST. Thanks for everybody who came!

Also, I some how ended the night holding a massive Alaskan King Crab 🦀 0/10 would not recommend.

3️⃣ To meet Fatimah Elshanawany from Creatorbuzz's Campaign Management team in IRL!!!

Creatorbuzz is fully remote with the team spread across 6 countries, so it's not easy to connect IRL. Luckily, Fatimah was able to join me in Vegas and we got to hang. Any chance to meet some of our team IRL, I'll jump on the opportunity. 

For now, I need some major rest.

My body has zero clue what time it is or what day it is.

But all I know is that I asked for this life.

"Can't complain that there's a lot on your plate when your goal was to eat."

Gamma hired Dwight from The Office as their CEO.

And it helped them hit $100 million revenue 🤯 

Gamma is the AI presentation company trying to replace PowerPoint valued at $2.1 billion.

But their secret weapon isn't just the product...

It's their marketing strategy. 

Their CEO Grant Lee just dropped $5 million worth of free marketing advice on X, and it's genius.

First off, Grant attributes 50% of the growth from $10-50M to influencers and affiliates.

But he says most startups fail at this because they're too selective with creators and give up too early. 

But Gamma did the opposite - they committed to a 6 month pilot, gave creators complete freedom, and tested everything.

And their biggest test? 

Making Rainn Wilson from The Office the new "CEO" of Gamma. 

This seems to be part of a larger trend too.

Ramp recently hired Kevin from The Office as their "CFO" a few months ago. That campaign generated over 120M impressions.

The lesson for B2B brands?

Stop treating influencer marketing like a one-month experiment.

Commit to 6 months. Give creators freedom. Test wildly.

That's how you turn creators into a growth engine.

Traditional B2B advertising is like trying to sell bathing suits in the middle of winter.

Sure, you might be reaching the right audience - people who love the beach and own multiple swimsuits. 

But it's the wrong time.

But what if you could sell those same bathing suits to people who are actively planning their summer beach trips?
