As a dedicated family man with over 28 years of meaningful partnership with my wife Debbi and the joy of raising four incredible individuals - Sophia, Vinny, Jacob, and Elizabeth, my life is a testament to the principle that leadership starts at home. I have had the privilege and burden of experiencing an exit from a company (multiple times) and also breaking a big one tragically. As a result of over 20 years of experience, building and leading organizations, I have decided to launch Beyond Your Shadow, a company designed to help leaders transform from success to significance by mentoring the next generation of leadership in their organization and community.
