I spearheaded the Agile transformation, implementing new frameworks and processes that improved team efficiency by 25% and reduced project delivery times by 20%.

1. Developed and managed consumer products, including AdventHealth Apps, AdventHealth.com, and AdventHealth Account.

Senior Manager

I directed the architecture and implementation of enterprise-level web applications, including the Enterprise-wide Intranet, marketing portals, Physician Portal, and custom applications. I reduced downtime by 30%, enhancing system performance and scalability.

Major initiatives:

1. Led an Agile/Scrum transformation within the team, improving project delivery speed and collaboration.
2. Built an Office 365 (SharePoint Online) based Enterprise Intranet, including migrating on-prem 2. SharePoint content to SharePoint Online using Share-gate. Implemented ControlPoint administration tools for enhanced management.
3. Developed advanced Nintex (SharePoint) workflows, including a new equipment request process, significantly improving operational efficiency.
4. Implemented SAML-based Single Sign-On for seamless integration between AHS and various platforms such as Cerner Patient Portal, Concur, Agfa Xero, and Net Learning, including pass-through authentication between AHS Active Directory and Office 365.
