Litet Hem

Litet Hem is a luxury shepherds hut accommodation situated on the edge of the rural Wiltshire Village of Collingbourne Ducis within The North Wessex Downs ANOB.

We have a minimum stay of two nights.

Our shepherds hut is fully self catering and accommodates two people. It's sited on its own plot overlooking open fields.

Should you not wish to cook , just across the road is the fantastic 16th century Shears Inn which has an extensive lunch and evening meal menu with lots of wines, beers and ciders on tap to choose from.

If you are looking for a short break in a rural location , love walking and cycling, then our luxurious boutique style self contained accommodation then this is going to be for you.

There is lots to see and do in the area. The UK's most visited monument Stonehenge is just a 20 minute drive away, half an hour away is the 11th century cathedral city of Salisbury.

I am fully computer literate and am able to use Microsoft Office applications and the Causeway computer estimating system.

Having worked in the property development sector for the last 13 years I have also built up extensive contacts in this area and also offer a land finding and appraisal service. Most of the deals I am able to offer are off market situations from my own client base of land owners.

We provided estimating, surveying, project management and health and safety support to our clients when their own departments became too busy.

We specialised in newbuild and refurbishment to residential, commercial, nursing homes with project values ranging from £ 5 K to £ 12 million.

I was invloved in projects ranging from £ 1 K to £ 1.5 million.

I gained a great deal of knowledge in a specialised area of the construction industry with this company.

Projects worked on included Shopfitting works for a national food retailer, refurbishment of public houses for local brewery Wadworths and new build residential for the delvelopment arm of this company.

Brazier Ltd

I was responsible for surveying duties and estimating works on a varied range of projects ranging in value from £ 50 K to £ 2.5 million.

I was involved with a measured term contract based on the National Schedule of Rates for the upkeep of BT buildings in the South of England

I was responsible for the day to day surveying function on many varied contracts ranging from £ 50,000 - £ 3.5 million. I also was responsible measuring  schedule rates contracts using PSA and National Schedule of Rates on Local Authority and MOD contracts.

I started as a junior surveyor with this company after I completed my BTEC in building studies.

Over time I was promoted to senior surveyor and made a Director of a subsidery company of the group.

I gained a good sound knowledge of Measure Term Contracts on MOD establishments and was also involved with working on other public sector buildings such as schools and hospitals.

I was invloved in the day to day surveying duties of many varied projects and helped out in the estimating department when things got busy.
