My tenure was marked by the establishment and successful launch of the creative & partnerships division at Perowne International.

Key Achievements:

- Marketing Strategy Leadership: Designed and executed comprehensive marketing strategies for top-tier hospitality brands including Oetker Collection, Doyle Collection, Gleneagles, Eleven Experience, and Six Senses.
  
- Influencer Campaigns & Events: Led the re-launch influencer campaign and event for the iconic Gleneagles Hotel, strategically driving regional and national brand activations and influencer partnerships for 2017/2018, ensuring sustained marketing momentum.

- Innovative Brand Programs: Developed an elevated ambassadors program for The Bloomsbury Hotel, intertwining the hotel's rich history with a modern narrative. Launched a contemporary 'Bloomsbury Set' inspired by the 1900’s group, meticulously crafting a list of new characters based on taste, locality, and influence.

- Strategic Partnerships: Fostered valuable partnerships and organized influencer trips for Perowne’s clients, collaborating with high-profile brands like Heidi Klein, Melissa Odabash, Solid & Striped, Barbour, Hunter, and Asceno.

- Operational Excellence: Managed accounts with precision, creating detailed influencer trackers, comprehensive reports, and overseeing the organization of social content, imagery, invoices, and budget management.

Directed and organised media interviews with guests, partners and sponsors such as Sir Richard Branson in Morocco and Philip Treacy in India, MD of Jaguar Land Rover at the time and other title sponsors 
Developing strategic and cohesive PR campaigns for British Polo Day’s global business movement 
Client and sponsor relations and PR reporting on KPI’s and ROI 
Building strong relationships with national and international journalists across all sectors e.g. hosting press trip 
Oversaw the VIP invitee list for ten international events in China, Singapore, Mexico, India, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, UK, and Germany. 
Co-ordinated the travel and hospitality of business figures, celebrities and philanthropists across the globe

•	Established the first PR campaign for British Polo Day in 2013. 
•	Composed a scheduled plan of our partners on board and their initiatives and messaging that needed pushing in each country we were operating in. 
•	Sourced and created the media database from which I could communicate our newly approved key messaging to the wider media for the first time. 
•	Building, engaging and maintaining relationships with key editors and journalists.  
•	Organised meeting with sponsors PR agents/agencies and gained a better understanding of what success looked like to them from a PR perspective. 
•	Sourcing PR agencies to work with abroad 
•	Managing and integrating them with the communication strategies and plan for year and targets for the event specifically.  
•	Writing press releases and submitting them. 
•	Collecting and analysing media coverage, drawing conclusions from it. 
•	In charge of keeping the press pages on the company website up to date as well as the back office for the media room currents and useful for all media who utilised it on a daily basis. 
•	Organising photo opportunities at events. 
•	Spearheaded Philip Treacy’s PR campaign with British Polo Day in India 2012.

The solution? HeritageXplore — a digital platform making it effortless for people to discover and book Britain’s most remarkable independent houses, while giving those houses world-class events, business development support, and a boost in ticket sales.
From mapping the first network of estates and curating unforgettable experiences, to building a booking engine that serves both sides, with my team we've taken an idea and turned it into a movement — one where every visit helps independent heritage survive, thrive, and inspire for generations to come.
