· Partnered with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Governance partners to ensure the implementation of policies put in place to protect the customers and their data against any risk or threat due to third-party fraud attacks.
· Ideated and released a feature that Automatically Linked the new Products acquired by the customers with their existing Digital relationships, driving engagement and minimizing friction faced by customers while linking their Products. This resulted in the reduction of the overall assisted chat and call volume associated with linking.
· Drove the Customer Hub Initiative for the Identity Domain, a three-year multi-organization collaborative initiative, to maintain a 360-degree view of customers' digital and non-digital product relationships in real-time to better serve the customers on digital applications.
· Redesigned Registration to aggressively drive registration to onboard them digitally soon after Acquisition through multiple channels.
· Managed Citi’s Account Dashboard across the web and mobile channels to ensure a consistent cross-channel end-user experience.
· Spearheaded the launch of a new product at the domain level, comprising 5 teams, right from the stage of managing the NDAs within the team through the implementation. The product is projected to increase revenue by ~$2B in the inaugural year.
· Led the domain comprising 4 teams to support two of the organization’s key strategic priority initiatives.
· Led the team responsible for enhancing Citi’s Digital Application and helped improve the web NPS from 58% to 66%.
· Delivered an improved user experience thereby increasing customer interactions on the dynamic and personalized content by 50%, and driving 10% incremental revenue and digital deposits (vs $270MM & $4.9B).

·	Designed, led the development, and orchestrate the release of products dedicated to making the medical policy contribution and consumption for 80K+ associates efficient thereby realizing ~$70 million in year-on-year savings.
·	Established new processes for development, support, and DevOps teams following the SAFe methodologies, to ensure timely release of new features, increasing the availability of the systems to 96%.
·	Recruited and coached team members to align them with the agile methodology and sprint cycles that Anthem followed.
·	Conducted sessions with the Product Owners and Business Analysts to prioritize epics, stories, and enablers as per the project plan. Once the epics and stories were finalized, worked with Scrum master and technical team on Sprint Planning.
·	Collaborated with the Project Manager to work on the planning and resource allocation for the project and worked with business and management to come up with a roadmap to decommission legacy systems.
·	Automated report generation of KIPs including system performance, active users, incidences, and outages for leadership.

·	Led the development, implementation, and support of the public website and evaluation application for the top client, taking all their needs into account. The new products increased the number of paid members by 10% year-on-year.
·	Improved end-user experience in the new application by enabling customers to directly enter the test data into the system vs. paper; reduced daily data entry time for a team of 100 by ~2 hours, realizing ~$2 million in year-on-year savings.
·	Led support team charged with ensuring the stability of the system and efficiency of process; implemented new documentation and testing process for enhancements that cut system downtime by 70%.
·	Managed technological and operational redesign of business systems and processes for the transition from legacy systems to a re-platformed solution. Provided expertise and guidance to the client decommissioning legacy system for the first time.
