•	Ensuring availability of premium brands in all segments of beverages, keeping cost optimized and thus adding positively to the bottom line of Food & Beverage net revenue of $10M.
•	Utilization of beverage tie ups and practicing vendor management in order to reduce the beverage cost. Organizing activations & promotions across the hotel to add to sales/footfalls across all venues.
•	Encouraging beverage upselling by service personals across the venues by training and increased awareness about beverages.


Responsible for overall day to day operations and management across 6 restaurants and assist the F&B Manager in data analysis in order to plan the strategies to achieve the budget.
•	Food and Beverage Revenue Management, Competition and Market Analysis, Recruitment, Training, Cost Management, Improving Operational Processes, Implementing new Service designs

Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

•	Leading a team of 35 associates, 4 supervisors & 2 junior managers.

•	Key accountable person for the $1.6M contribution to the $10M net F&B Revenue.

•	Responsible for F&B Marketing of the Unit : Planning media of marketing, events & promotions across the 5 F&B establishments, including creative and design development of advertorials in the Unit.

•	Responsible for Learning and Development in F&B Department: It includes training of new joinees, review of employees’ training, planning monthly training of employees in all venues and accordingly ensure effective training across the outlets and banquets, 

•	Responsible for Hunar se Rozgar Program training: Trainer for the program under the leadership of Ministry of Tourism, Govt. Of India.
