•Driving the North Star Strategy and OKRs for the Jobs Product for Blue and Grey collar users in Tier 2/3 cities with a team of 10 Developers, 2 QA, 2 Designer and 2 data analysts.
• Conducted extensive on-ground User Research for Job Advertisers and Seekers.
• Integrated MoEngage for personalised notifications and Journeys increasing the Applies/User to 5 (P90) from 2 and resulting in ~45% of the overall applications from the MoE Notifications.
• Launching a separate Jobs App to reduce CPI and also improve Playstore conversion funnel from 30% to 45% and improve jobs product discovery.
• Performed multiple A/B tests for Feed Logic which led to 23% increase in job applications.
• Improved Discovery by ~17% of the organic users by adding an entry point of Jobs during App Onboarding.
• Improving visibility of shares resulted in 5L shares per month. 
Developed the SEO-Optimised Website for Job Seekers resulting in ~20k traffic per month and improved the DA score to 60.

Job Recruiter:
• Developed the SEO-optimised Website for Job Recruiters resulting in 12k supply/month and reduced cost per listing.
• Worked on Supply-Demand strategy and corrected acquisition helped save Rs 35L/month.
• Solving Fraud by improving the awareness to seekers, better support team processes, introducing document verification.
• Introduced features like Boost and Lead System which resulted in a monthly revenue of Rs 50k.
• Developed Auto-approval for new recruiters resulting in Zero TAT from an avg of 1.5 days for 15% of the listings.
• Developed a system to record payments by QR and Payment Link in the backend.

Mobile App (Android)
•	Owning the complete life cycle of the App with a team of 3 Android, 2 Backend developers and 1 Analyst and QA. 
•	Writing Product Requirement Document and UX-Wireframes for the App. 
•	Developed the SDK to integrate with multiple apps like Future Group, BharatPe, Royal Enfield, etc. 
•	Solved the problem of Ride-Tracking and improved the accuracy of Ride Tracking to 98% 
•	Launched 8 new features (Rewards, Reminders, Expense & Fuel Tracker, Bike Health, Bike Service, Ride Tracking and Game)
•	Use of Device Data Analytics for better User Profiling/Underwriting. 
•	Working with the DS team for implementing models to identify the type of vehicle (2/3/4 wheeler) with an accuracy of 93%.
•	Improved battery drain/consumption by removing all the calculations from the android end.
•	Overall retention was increased to 10% for W1. 
•	Use Clevertap & GA4 for Analytics and Engagement and tools like Qlik for Internal Dashboards.

Website
•	Built the E-Commerce Application with a focus to increase User Conversion and ensure smooth User Flow for the purchasing process by bringing new features and technical functionalities.
•	PRDs and Wireframing of the entire E-Commerce journey for MVP. 
•	Implemented key features like Payments, Offer Management, Test Ride Tracking.
•	Built a Decision Engine for soft approval/rejection to filter leads which improved the approval rate to 45%.
•	Requirement gathering from various internal and external stakeholders.
•	Integrated CleverTap, GA4 & Hotjar to analyze the data.
•	Conducting User Study/Research to understand customer pain points, and research new features or product lines to solve those problems.
•	Integrated WhatsApp Business Account for re-engagement/payment collections etc. 
•	Building models with the DS Team for Lead Prioritization Logic to improve the TAT for the users.

Anemoi Technologies

We are working on aerial delivery to make the last mile delivery much smoother and efficient in terms of time and money by delivering 3-4 different packages at different locations in a single round of delivery. Our aim is to enter into the food and medical field wherein we can deliver food parcels (and/or body organs, blood samples,etc.) from one place to another within a time span of maximum 15 mins. We have the prototype ready. thinking of three years down the line we will have to come up with an alternate mode of transportation and we believe drones will be the future of transportation. 

- Worked on Aerial delivery through drones to make the last mile delivery more efficient and smoother by delivering multiple packages in a single round of delivery.

- Received a grant of Rs. 1 Lakh from VIT TBI (DST funded). 

- A team of 12 students from different fields contributed to build the prototype.

- Raised Rs. 60+ lacs by interacting with the corporates for CSR funding. 

- Heading a team of 15 volunteers for the city’s fundraising vertical. 

- Pitching the organization to kinds of people (donors, corporates, etc) and arranging and channelizing funds for the working of different verticals, events, and projects undertaken by MAD in the city. 

- Organizing city level events like Recruitment workshops, Volunteer Leadership Circle, Annual Celebration, Farewell, etc.

Used to teach science to 9th class youths at a shelter home in Vellore

Supported them emotionally, helped them build and connect with their dreams. Everyone in the organisation acts as a role model for these youth.

Dream Camps are a 2-3 day experiential camp that primarily focuses on helping children build and connect with their dreams through a process of self-growth and transformation via a tried and tested methodology called the ‘arc of transformation’ which involves four group plenaries. Around these sessions, children also build self-confidence through exposure to new people, ideas, and experiences that are deliberately designed to expand their horizons within a safe space. Finally, we ensure that Dream camps also act as a recreation space for the child, providing an essential break from the stresses of institutionalization.
